The author proves, based on the internal evidences in the Rigveda, that the Vedic Aryans, during the period of the Rigveda, were inhabitants of of the area to the east of the Punjab, traditionally known as AryAvarta. The Punjab was only the western peripheral area of their activity.
This book is a befitting rejoinder to the pretentious claims of Western scholars that the Aryans migrated to India from abroad and that India was not the original homeland of the Vedic Rishis.
